Black Belt certification for the coveted Black / Red Collar.

This certification is for 1st degree black belts and above who want to get their Red/Black Instructor Collars on their uniform.
They must know all the information about White, Orange, and Yellow Belts.
The certification is a $200.00 fee.
This is normally done at camps, but Mr. Lee is certified for this testing.
